Hangtown 20-30 is a collection of men in El Dorado County, who believe in giving back to their community and helping children who need assistance.

We come from all walks of life from construction, sales reps, automotive specialists to business owner. We all have one goal and that is to give back while having a great time.

To support our cause, we organize many fundraising events such as our world-famous taco stand at the county fair, our fun soft ball tournament, and our exciting off-roaders race called Roc’N for the Kids. These fundraisers help support our shopping sprees with children, scholarships for children, and many other special projects for the children of the community.

Membership

If you are looking to make new friends, give back to the community, and have an extremely fun time, then check out our group. Our meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month at the Tree Tavern (formerly Copper Rail) on 2080 Smith Flat Road in Placerville starting at 6:30 PM.

HANGTOWN # 43 EVENTS

Black and Blue Bowl- We call it a football game between our men’s club and Auburn’s 20/30 men held on Super Bowl Sunday, but realistically Auburn is just a lamb led to slaughter.

Home Show Taco Stand- Our great fundraiser where we make and sell our world-famous delicious tacos.

Kid’s Expo- One of our hands-on events where we have fun showing kids how to play ball.

Taco Hell…Sell. Sell. Sell! Tacos, Tacos, Tacos...we sell more food at the county fair then most of the other food stands combined AND, boy, do we have a great old time doing it! People stand in long lines to devour our tacos!!! This is our top fundraiser and people from all over the western states come to help out and party.

Swing For Children- This three day event is our softball tournament which raises money for a specific child or two every year.

Christmas Giveaway- We take children shopping at KMart and Payless Shoe Source. This is when we see what our year’s worth of hard work can do for others where “one never stands so tall as when kneeling to help a child.”
