Gold Rush #1034: In January of 1999, a group of women in Placerville decided to charter their own club. Great supporters of Hangtown #43, they developed their own club so they could help even more children with projects close to their hearts. On May 9th, 1999 the group was chartered.

This dynamic group of women come from all walks of life: construction management, real estate agents, stay at home moms to business owners. All of them have the same goal of helping the children in El Dorado County while they make friendship and develop their own leadership abilities. Gold Rush #1034 raises money through various fundraisers. In addition the club does several hands on projects throughout the year.
